Privacy policy

Protecting your personal data matters to us. This page explains which data is processed when you visit this website. The legal basis is the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the Austrian Data Protection Act (DSG) and the Austrian Telecommunications Act 2021 (TKG). The German version is the legally binding one.

2. In short

We do not use cookies, analytics or tracking tools or embedded third-party content on this website. Fonts and the video are delivered directly from our own website.

3. Hosting and server log files

When you visit the website, the server processes technically necessary data: IP address, date and time, page requested, amount of data transferred, browser and operating system, and the previously visited page (referrer). This is required to deliver the website and keep it secure and stable (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The data is not merged with other data and not evaluated for advertising.

This website is hosted by World4You Internet Services GmbH (Linz, Austria). The hosting provider processes the data mentioned above on our behalf. A data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the provider. Server logs are kept for two days.

4. Contacting us

If you contact us by email or phone, we process your details (for example name, contact data and your request) to handle the enquiry and any follow-up questions (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). We do not pass this data on without your consent. We keep it for up to six months after the enquiry is closed, and in the case of a contract for as long as statutory retention obligations require.

5. Save contact (vCard)

On the "Links" page you can download our contact details as a vCard file. No data is collected from you in the process.

6. Links to social networks

We link to our profiles on Instagram, LinkedIn and X. No plug-ins or scripts of these services are loaded. Only when you click a link do you reach the respective provider, and its privacy policy applies.

7. Remote support (TeamViewer)

At the top of the page you will find a "Remote support" link. It leads to the download of our remote support module at TeamViewer (TeamViewer Germany GmbH). Simply visiting our website does not transmit any data to TeamViewer. Only when you click the link do you reach TeamViewer, and its privacy policy applies (www.teamviewer.com). A remote support session only starts at your request: you give us the session code shown and must explicitly allow the connection in the program.

8. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, and the right to withdraw consent at any time. Please contact office@digiworx.at. You can also lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority: www.dsb.gv.at.

9. Changes
